Window Decor And Designs is one of the few retailers that provides service and repair work for your existing window coverings, even if you didn’t buy it from us!

Please read and understand the following:
If you purchased your window coverings through us, please have your original invoice and provide the selling date.
If Window Décor & Design needs to come to your home, a $250 service fee will be charged. If you are able to bring your product into our store, no service fee will be charged.
If the product must be shipped back to the manufacturer, a shipping fee of $40 - $160 per product may occur.
Once the problem is identified, we will discuss solutions with you. Some repairs and parts may be covered under manufacturer warranty (See chart below).
Please keep in mind, if we need to come to your location, a service fee of $200 will need to be charged regardless of manufacture warranty.

All internal mechanisms.
Components and brackets.
Fabric delamination.
Operational cords for a full 7 years from the date of purchase.
Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.
Motorization components are covered for 5 years from date of purchase.
1 full year of install warranty, meaning brackets are secure and installed properly
NOT COVERED
BY LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Service calls, shipping charges, cost of removal and reinstallation.
Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product.
Exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture) and discoloration.
Failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, proper installation, cleaning or maintenance.
